Although I subscribe to about five different food magazines, I heart Everyday Food the most because 1) It is Martha and 2)It is so accessible.
This is the magazine I always tell people who don't normally cook to try. The recipes are so simple and they always turn out delicious.
It is perfect for weeknight meals with both style and speed. And now that I am a full-time mom, full-time worker and a part-time student, those kinds of recipes are even more invaluable to me.
We get a 'free' magazine from our province-run liquor store that has some very nice recipes in it for both food and drink. I must send you a sample! I say free in quotes because it's our tax dollars at work. No expense spared on the production, that's for sure.

VegNews!
Not really a foodie magazine, but one of the main reasons that I subscribe to Southern Living is for the wonderful recipes.

Saveur (for food) and Gastronomica (for art and food).
Cook's! It's very thorough about tools techniques and recipes!
Saveur, and most recently, Cooks Illustrated!
I get, Saveur and Cook's Illustrated. Love, both!
